If running late, communication within 15 minutes of appointment time is required as appointment may or may not be honorable. There is a 75% cancellation fee for any no shows in addition to forfeiture of deposit. You may reschedule your appointment within 24 hours with me. No shows will be charged after 15 minutes and may require rescheduling. Late cancellations (24 hours before appointment) will require a new deposit to rebook.
